Shipping & Delivery

All Eagledigi products are shipped by air freight from our warehouse in China to customers worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 48 hours. During promotional campaigns, processing times may be extended due to high order volumes. Delivery times vary depending on destination country, chosen shipping method, and seasonal factors. Delays caused by customs inspections, carriers, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control; Eagledigi is not responsible for such delays.

All delivery times refer to business days and are for reference only.

Express Shipping: 8–15 business days
Standard Shipping: 15–30 business days

Shipping Costs: Free shipping for orders over $100 USD. For orders under $100 USD, shipping fees are charged based on the destination country.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that you provide the correct and up-to-date shipping address. P.O. Boxes may be used except for products requiring a physical address or signature upon delivery.

Tracking: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order is shipped, a notification will be sent with your order number, shipping details, and tracking information.

Delivery Issues & Damaged or Missing Parts

If your order has not been delivered, or if the tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact our customer service at service@eagledigi.com within 30 days from the order date.

If the product is damaged or parts are missing upon arrival, please send photos and/or videos to service@eagledigi.com on the same day you receive the package. Eagledigi will provide a one-time free replacement for missing parts.

For any other issues related to orders, products, or shipping, please contact our customer service within 30 days of the order date.
