We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that a return may occasionally be necessary. Please read the following information carefully to ensure a smooth process.

1. Cancellation & Returns

Orders Not Yet Shipped

You may cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Please contact us at service@eagledigi.com. The refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method.

Orders Already Shipped

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • If there are quality issues or an incorrect item was delivered, eagledigi will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For returns without quality issues, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and the original shipping fee.

eagledigi will refund the order amount minus the shipping costs. Only the following address may be used for returns:

Parts Check Upon Receipt

Please inspect all parts immediately upon receiving your order.

If any components are missing, contact our customer service within 48 hours to receive a one-time free replacement.

After this period, replacement parts will be provided at the buyer’s expense.

2. Replacement Service

Replacements can be requested within 7 days of receiving the product. The procedure is the same as for returns:

  • Contact service@eagledigi.com to confirm eligibility.
  • Return the item to the address listed above.
  • eagledigi will inspect the item and send a replacement.

Shipping Fee Policy:

  • Quality issues or incorrect items: eagledigi covers the shipping costs.
  • No quality issues: Customer pays the return shipping and original shipping; eagledigi refunds the order amount minus shipping.

3. Important Notes

  • This policy applies only to end customers who purchased directly from eagledigi.com.
  • Items must be in original condition, including accessories, packaging, and any gifts.
  • Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
